The Plaque is brushed aluminium and made from Dibond and measures 210mm x 148mm and is pre-drilled, supplied with (screws, screwcaps, wall plugs & fitting instructions).

Once you have purchased a plaque please let me know what name/number you require on the plaque along with family members and names you would like on the plaque, you can have any combination up to 6 characters ie, Mum, Dad Two boys and two girls etc, in the box provided.
