The Plaque is brushed aluminium and made from Dibond and measures 340mm x 150mm and is pre-drilled, supplied with (screws, screwcaps, wall plugs & fitting instructions).

Once you have purchased a plaque please let me know what name/number you require on the plaque along with family members and names you would like on the plaque, you can have any combination up to 11 characters ie, Mum, Dad Two boys and two girls etc, in the box provided.
